Foreword
When you use Network License mode, it is necessary to add licenses to a license server.
This is done with a program named License Manager Administration, also known as WlmAdmin.
Prerequisites
- You have installed the Sentinel License Manager
- You have prepared WlmAdmin program on a computer that has network access to the license server.
The license server itself is the simplest choice - You have received the License file (usually a .lic file)
SentinelRMS x.y.z-WlmAdmin package can be downloaded from the Download page
Procedure
From the License Server or from any computer that has access to the License Server:
Start WlmAdmin | ![]() |
| Find the server You can
| ![]() |
| Select the server and click on "Add feature" | ![]() |
| Choose the license file and validate | ![]() |
| A confirmation message should be displayed, and the licenses should be visible in the left pane. | ![]() |
