How to send us locking data

Context

Network and standalone licenses are locked to some data of the selected computer. 

It is necessary to send this locking data before generating the software license.

Locking data are extracted with an application named Host Infos.

PS: Host Infos was formally known as Wechoid2

Prerequisites

• You have selected the computer to which you want to lock the licenses
• You have downloaded Host Infos setup program

Procedure

• Install HostInfos.
• Start HostInfos.
• Select 'License server' or 'Standalone Workstation' as Host Information
  Do not change any option in the locking criteria unless you have been asked to.
• Enter your personal information
  • name
  • organization
  • email address
  • any relevant or contextual information
• Use the buttons to send us the information.

There are diverse ways to send us the locking data

• Send via HTTPS: Directly sends information to the licensing email address via an HTTPS request.
  Be sure that your internet connection and your firewall allow this operation.
  
• Save and open: Save the information as an HTML file on your computer, then open Windows Explorer.
  You must send us this file to licensing@cadwin.com
