Sentinel RMS License Manager

It must be installed on the host selected as the license server

Sentinel RMS License Manager Administration

Also known as WlmAdmin, it performs a variety of administrative functions related to the on-premises RMS License Manager on the customer's site. 

It must be unzipped and used on any computer with network access to the license server (including the license server itself)
