Network License mode allows you to use a license token from any workstation that has access to the license server.
Licenses are locked to some data that identify the license server (hostname, disk ID, Ethernet address...).

License Manager Admin (WLmAdmin) can be unzipped and used from any computer that has access to the license server: the license server itself, an IT employee workstation...
