How can I create an account ?

Context


Any customer with active maintenance contract can request support through our ticketing system and can find information in the existing articles.

In order to have access to more articles and to manage your tickets, you must create an account.


Procedure


From the home page :

  • Click on 'Sign Up'
  • Fill in the form, and click on 'Register'

You should receive shortly an e-mail with an activation link


If you have not received this email or if you have forgotten your password, just ask to reset it


From the home page :

  • Click on 'Login'
  • Click on 'Forgot my password'
  • Fill in the form and click on 'Reset my password'
